Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

The short version: SnapTools gives you browser-based tools, some free and some paid. Use them lawfully, check their results yourself, and read the plan and refund rules below. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

1. The service

SnapTools (snaptools.io) is a set of tools that run in your web browser, such as PDF, spreadsheet, text, image and video tools. SnapTools is operated by Keerthi Ragi, doing business as SnapTools, in Riverview, Florida ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a plan you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use SnapTools.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

3. Accounts and sign-in

You do not need an account to use the free tools. To use a paid plan you sign in with your email address; we send a sign-in link and a six-digit code, and there are no passwords. Use the same email address you paid with, because your plan is matched to it. You are responsible for your email account and for what happens when someone else can read your email. Tell us at hello@snaptools.io if you lose access.

4. Plans and payment

The price of each plan is the price shown on the pricing page and in Stripe's checkout when you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices for future purchases can change; a change does not affect a payment you have already made.

5. Refunds

7-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Lifetime, measured from your first payment. 24-hour passes are non-refundable once purchased, unless the tool failed to work. Renewal payments are not refunded; cancel any time in the billing portal and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged in error, email hello@snaptools.io and we will fix it.

6. Tools are provided "as is"

SnapTools and everything in it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You are responsible for checking the results of every tool before you rely on them or share them. In particular:

Keep copies of your original files. Our tools run in your browser, so the results depend on your device and browser as well.

7. No professional advice

SnapTools does not provide legal, financial, tax or compliance advice. Nothing the tools produce (for example invoices, redacted documents or comparisons) is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and using a tool does not make you compliant with any law, regulation or contract.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of business, arising from your use of SnapTools. Our total liability to you for any claim related to SnapTools is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they apply only as far as the law lets them. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited, or the refund rights in section 5.

9. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute about them or about SnapTools are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for a material change we will give notice on the site or by email. If you keep using SnapTools after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. A change will not reduce what you have already paid for.
